******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in complaint case No. COMA-299-2018 titled "HDFC Ltd. vs. Tejinder Singh' instituted on 15.06.2018 for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced on file copy of order dated 29.07.2019 passed by learned trial Court allowing interim bail to petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 submits that as per instructions received by him, the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been allowed interim bail in terms of order dated 10.07.2019. (ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.
