**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking directions to respondent No.2 to decide appeal dated 12.01.2022 (Annexure P-9) filed against order dated 22.07.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that the petitioner has preferred an appeal dated 12.01.2022 assailing order dated 22.07.2019 passed by respondent No.4 whereby services of the petitioner have been terminated under Rule 5 (i) of Central Civil Services (Temporary Service) Rules, 1965. The appeal was filed in January 2022, however, till date the appellate authority has not decided the appeal though it is a case of livelihood of the petitioner and he has lost job on account of order dated 22.07.2019.
