In the present revision petition, the petitioners are the defendant No.1, 2, 4, 6 and 7 in the plaintiffs' suit for the grant of decree of declaration and a separate possession by way of partition of the property with respect to the land measuring 16 marlas located at Pehowa. The defendants, while filing the written statement, contended that the plaintiffs have not impleaded Meenakshi, Bhupinder Kaur and Jatinder Kaur as the defendants in the suit. On the application filed by the plaintiffs, the aforesaid persons have been impleaded as the defendants to the suit and the plaintiffs have been permitted to challenge the correctness of the sale deed in their favour. 3.
The correctness of the aforesaid order has been challenged by the defendant No.1, 2, 4, 6 and 7 in this revision petition. 4.
