(Oral) Learned counsel representing the respondents submit that at the time, this petition was entertained, petitioner had placed reliance on order passed in CWP-5690-2015 titled as 'M/s Mahavir Agro Industries versus Punjab State Warehousing Corp. and another'. This court had, thus, directed that this petition be listed for hearing alongwith said petition. According to him, CWP-5690-2015 was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 21.12.2015.

Neither petitioner is represented nor any additional plea is forthcoming. In view of same, it appears that no cause of action survives in this petition.
