(Oral) Alleging various irregularities said to have been committed while conducting the election of Chairman and ViceChairman of Block Samiti, Ratia, District Fatehabad, the petitioner has further alleged that no action is being taken on the compliantcum-representations dated 26.04.2016 and 12.04.2016 (P-4 & P-5) made by him in this regard.

It may be mentioned that one of the objection raised by the petitioner against the election is that Rule 76 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Election Rules, 1994 was not followed thereby rendering the election procedure illegal.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and keeping in view the fact that complaint-cum-representations made MOHINDER KUMAR 2016.06.01 11:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No.11020 of 2016 [2] by the petitioner are stated to be pending consideration before the authorities, we dispose of this writ petition without expressing any views on merits, with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Fatehabad to seek a fact-finding report on the complaints and if need be, take the follow-up action in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
