(ORAL) The present petition has been filed with a prayer that the petitioners are entitled for grant of equal pay scale to the petitioners (Works Manager in Transport Department) as is being given to SDO/AE working in the PWD (B&R, Public Health and Irrigation and Water Resources) Department keeping in view the fact that duties, educational qualifications and mode of recruitment for both the posts are same.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance raised in the present petition has already been made in the representation dated 24.03.2021, copy of which has been appended as Annexure P-2 and the petitioners would be satisfied in case, time bound direction is given to the respondents to decide the same by passing appropriate speaking order. Notice of motion.

Mr. Pankaj Middha, Addl. A.G. Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents-State. He submits that in case any representation has been submitted in the office of the respondents and the same is pending consideration, it will be

Keeping in view the statement made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may be disposed of as having been not pressed any further. Ordered accordingly.
