******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.22 dated 18.02.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station City-I, Malerkotla, District Sangrur.

Heard.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Nirbhai Singh submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no more required for the purpose of further investigation of the case but copy of compromise, arrived at between the petitioner and complainant, has not been supplied to the investigating officer. The same has been supplied today in the Court to investigating officer. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case but keeping in view the fact that petitioner has joined the investigation and his JITENDER KUMAR 2019.09.09 17:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh custodial interrogation is no more required, this petition is allowed and

CRM-M-26573 of 2019 -2order dated 11.06.2019 is made absolute till the presentation of challan, subject to the following terms:- (i) that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by the police as and when required; (ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.

(iv) that the petitioner will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.
