(Oral) Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing respondents No.1 to 4 to take appropriate action on the representations filed by the petitioner on 10.10.2015, 12.01.2016 and 12.01.2016 (Annexures P-5(a), P-5(b) and P-6), respectively.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner had purchased land measuring 15 kanals, 13 marlas vide registered sale deed dated 14.10.1992 and the mutation No.2059 was sanctioned. In spite of that, entry in this regard has not been effected in the revenue record.
