The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to release payment with respect to work carried out by it for the respondent along with interest @ 12% per annum. 2.
Mr. Aman Sharma, Advocate appeared and filed his Power of Attorney on behalf of respondents No.2 & 3. The same is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent may be subjected to interest @ 12% per annum. 5.
In the wake of statement of both sides, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondents to release payment to the petitioner within 3 months from today. If payment is not released within aforesaid period, the respondent would be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum from the expiry of said period. The petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate authority qua disputed amount, if any. of.
