CWP-14256-2025 (O&M) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 16.09.2024 (Annexure P-10) passed by learned Commissioner, Rohtak Division, Rohtak. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that before filing of the writ petition, the Sanad Taksim (instrument of partition) already stands issued by the learned Assistant Collector on 02.05.2025, therefore he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty HIMANI GUPTA 2025.07.31 09:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

to the petitioner to avail his remedies against the Sanad Taksim (instrument of partition) in accordance with law.
