Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that the question of law raised in the present petition has already been dismissed by this Court by passing order in CWP-16407-2021 - titled as 'Ishwar Singh v. State of Haryana and others', decided on 06.05.2024, hence, the present petition be also dismissed in the same terms and conditions. 2.

On the other hand, learned State counsel does not dispute the statement made by the learned counsel of the petitioner herein above. 3.

Keeping in view the above, the present petition stand dismissed in the same terms and conditions passed in Ishwar Singh ' s case (Supra). 4.

Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, stands disposed of.
