**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners has sought quashing of impugned judgment (Annexure P-3) and one of the ground for setting aside is that the order dated 06.11.2012 was never sought to be challenged before the Tribunal. In this regard, he has made reference to Annexure P-1. At this stage, the present writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to seek review of the impugned order (Annexure P3) passed by the Tribunal. The operation of the impugned judgment (Annexure P-3) shall remain stayed for a period of one month to enable the petitioners to approach the Tribunal and thereafter the Tribunal shall proceed in accordance with law.
