This petition has been filed against the show cause notice attached as Annexure P-44 dated 15.05.2015, asking the petitioner to file its reply within 15 days.

Instead of filing reply to the show cause notice, the present writ petition has been filed which is apparently premature and, thus, no interference is called for at this stage. However, the petitioner may, if so advised, file reply to the show cause notice and in case any adverse order is passed, they are free to approach this Court again. Dismissed.
