Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.40 dated 09.04.2019 under Sections 308, 325, 323, 506, 336, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Gidderbaha, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.
From the record, I find that present petitioner is named in the FIR and he is stated to be armed with 'soti'. He along with other co-accused took active participation in commission of the offence. The victim-injured has received 24 injuries and the injuries are spread over all the body, as argued.

CRM No.M-26527 of 2019 -2and serious allegations against the petitioner, I find that petitioner is required for custodial interrogation and no ground is made out for grant of anticipatory bail to him.
Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
