(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner - Parshotam Kumar in case FIR No.76 dated 21.05.2019 registered under Section 420 IPC and Section 13 of the Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Act, 2012 at Police Station Garhshankar, District Hoshiarpur.

On instructions from Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

In view of above, order dated 18.7.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
