The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to release his retiral dues.

Mr. Prince Singh, Advocate submits that on account of lack of petitioner's consent to treat his suspension period as leave of the kind due, the retiral benefits could not be released.
