-.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) The grievance expressed in the writ petition by invoking Article 226 of the Constitution is that petitioner vide Annexure P-7 dated 29.05.2019 made a representation to consider her for interview in respect of advertisement dated 28.06.2015 (Annexure P-1) whereby online applications for direct recruitment for 1919 posts of TGT (Group-C Services) were invited. Petitioner stated to have submitted application (Annexure P-2) and being successful in written examination, issued admit card for interview slated for 28.05.2019, however, could not appear as she was very sick and in this regard, relied upon medical certificate (Annexure P-6) issued by Medical and Health Department, Rajasthan.

I am afraid aforementioned relief cannot be granted, as the medical certificate (Annexure P-6) did not reveal any specific ailment except pain and that too from Rajasthan whereas residential address in application form and writ petition is of village and post office Thanawas, Tehsil Narnaul, District Mahendergarh, Haryana. Keeping in view aforementioned circumstances, present case does not fall within the realm of judicial review under Article 226 of the Constitution.
