**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, for quashing the notice dated 06.05.2016 (Annexure P-8).

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-Bank raising objections to Annexure P-8, keeping in view the order passed by this Court in CWP No. 8369 of 2015, titled as 'Sukhchain Singh Vs. State Bank of Patiala', decided on 14.05.2015 (Annexure P-5).

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
