(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 10.02.2015 (Annexure P-4) passed by respondent No.2 - Deputy Commissioner, Yamuna Nagar, whereby petitioner has been ordered to be removed from the post of Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Village Marupur, Block Radaur, District Yamuna Nagar, as well as the order dated 21.05.2015 (Annexure P-5) whereby appeal against the order of Deputy Commissioner filed by the petitioner, has been dismissed. Learned counsel for the State submits that this writ petition has been rendered infructuous as term of the Panchayat has already expired. Dismissed as infructuous.
