RITU BAHRI, J (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking directions to the respondents to regularize his services in the light of Policy dated 27.5.1993 (P.1) and 07.3.1996 (P.2) from the date, his juniors have been regularized. The case of the petitioner is that she was appointed on daily wage basis in the year 1994 with Social Forestry Division, Kandi as per DC rates.

Upon notice, a short reply by way of affidavit dated 27.10.2016 has been filed wherein it is specifically stated that the petitioner has never been engaged for any work as per the record of Divisional Forest Office, (Territorial) Yamuna Nagar. He has not worked with the respondent not for a single day, hence his case for regularization is not made out. From the perusal of file, it is evident that no replication has yet been filed since 27.10.2016.

Dismissed.
