**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Challenge is to the order dated 22.02.2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, vide which the application filed by the petitioner for release of truck bearing No.HR-63-A-3139, on sapurdari, was dismissed.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has been declared as a proclaimed offender vide order dated 11.10.2018.

Upon this, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not press this petition.

Dismissed as not pressed.
