***** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J.(Oral) The petitioner has made an innocuous prayer for seeking directions to respondents No.4 & 5 to decide the execution application No.33/EA dated 14.01.2015, which is pending before them. After notice, the respondents have put in appearance. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed CWP No.1459 of 2013, which was decided on 24.01.2013 with a direction to respondent No.5 - Addl. Deputy Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer, DRDA to decide his representation within a specified time. It is contended that the representation of the petitioner has been rejected against which the petitioner has preferred an appeal, which has been allowed by the Deputy Sonia Bura 2016.10.21 11:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document chandigarh

CWP No.11104 of 2016 -2Collector, Fatehabad on 08.05.2014. It is further contended that in order to execute the order dated 08.05.2014, execution application No. 33/EA dated 14.01.2015 has been before Collector-cum-Chairman, DRDA, Fatehabad but the said execution application is not making any headway and hence the present petition has been preferred. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that appropriate direction may be issued to respondent No.4 to decide the execution application in one way or the other in a specified time.

After perusing the case file and keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to decide the execution application within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order, in accordance with law.
