Singla, Advocate for respondents no. 4 to 8 ******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Sandeep Kaur, the alleged detenue, is present in Court and has expressed her desire to accompany the petitioner being his wife. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Amarjit Kaur submits that detenue-Sandeep Kaur is major and claims to have married with petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondents no. 4 to 8 has no objection if detenue-Sandeep Kaur accompanies the petitioner. In view of submission of detenue-Sandeep Kaur, she is permitted to accompany the petitioner and the petition is disposed of in above terms.
