In case, no steps is taken on or before the next date of hearing, the petition shall be dismissed for non-prosecution."

CWP-12071-2015 (O&M)  adjournment. As per office report, no steps have been taken to implead the legal representatives of the petitioner.

In the interest of justice, petition is not being dismissed for non-prosecution and is adjourned to 07.05.2020.

However, in case necessary steps are not taken within three weeks from today, this petition shall automatically stand dismissed for nonprosecution without any further reference ( LISA GILL ) January 15 , 2020.
