Learned State counsel submits that since the new committee of the society has been formed after conducting of election on 16.07.2024 and 4 of the petitioners have also been elected as members, the prayer had been made for quashing of order dated 03.08.2021 whereby respondent Nos.10 to 13 had been made members of the Administrative Committee without conducting elections, rendering the present petition infructuous, particularly when there was no interim order issued.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is unable to dispute the aforesaid factual position and prays that liberty be granted to pursue the matter with regard to respondent No.9 before the concerned authority. 3.

Disposed of accordingly.
