**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioners have approached this Court, by way of instant writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider them for MDS course for the year 2015. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that when the grievance of the petitioners was not being redressed by the respondent authorities, they finally approached the Financial Commissioner-cum-Principal Secretary, Department of Health, Haryana-respondent No.1 by way of self contained representation dated 31.3.2015 (Annexure P-2), but the same is also pending decision. He further submits that the petitioners will be satisfied in case the respondent No.1 is directed to consider and decide their representation, within a reasonable time.

Civil Writ Petition No. 12076 of 2015 Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, the Financial Commissioner-cum-Principal Secretary, Department of Health, Haryana-respondent No.1 as well as the Registrar, Pt. B.D.Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak-respondent No.2 are directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance of the petitioners, raised vide their representation dated 31.3.2015 (Annexure P-2) and decide the same, as early as possible, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case before the counseling is held for the seats against which the petitioners are claiming admission.
It is further directed that if as per the eligibility criteria, petitioners are found to be eligible, their claim for admission in MDS course for the year 2015 shall be considered, in accordance with law. With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, present petition stands disposed of.
