Petitioner by filing instant petition had sought writ in the nature of Certiorari seeking quashing of selection of Multi Tasking Staff(MTS) in respect of IA and AD Office in Punjab and Haryana, the whole selection inter alia being partial as 8th passed candidates were selected against prescribed qualification of Matriculation. Vide order dated 18.7.2013 notice of motion was issued. On the last two dates i.e. 12.5.2016 and 27.9.2016 none has appeared on behalf of either of the parties. Same is the position today as neither anyone is present nor a request for passover has been made nor adjournment slip filed.
It appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the instant writ petition.
Dismissed in default.
