**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 to 6 to arrest the accused persons in FIR No. 45 dated 18.5.2020 under Sections 376, 506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 registered at Police Station Vairoke, District Fazilka.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the inquiry of the abovesaid FIR was earlier transferred to Superintendent of Police (Headquarters)-respondent No. 3 but the same was again handed over to Superintendent of Police (D)-respondent No. 4 and matter is being delayed intentionally by keeping the inquiry pending with Superintendent of Police (D)-respondent No. 4. Learned counsel further submits that victim Jaspinder Kaur-petitioner No. 1 is being pressurized by the police authorities to resolve the issue with respondent No. 7. CRM-M No. 29015 of 2020 -2representations dated 30.6.2020 (Annexure P-3) and dated 05.9.2020 (Annexure P-4) but no action has been taken on same so far. Notice of motion to the State-respondents No. 1 to 6 only. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Pawan Sharda, Sr. DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the State. He submits that the inquiry in the present FIR is pending before the police authorities. Without going into the merits of the present case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka-respondent No. 2 to look into the representation dated 05.9.2020 (Annexure P-4) moved by petitioner No. 2 and decide the same within two months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order, in accordance with law.
