(ORAL) The only prayer made by the petitioner is for a direction to the respondent-authorities to consider and decide his representation made under clause 37 of the license agreement between the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as adverse consequence will follow in case the representation is not decided by 31.07.2022, the respondent-authorities be directed to consider and decide the same before that date Mr. Amit Jhanji, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondents, on advance copy, submits that the representation of the petitioner shall be considered and decided by the authorities before 31.07.2022. In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned senior counsel for the respondents and taking the same on record, the writ petition is disposed of in terms thereof.

It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and, therefore, the authorities would be at liberty to examine all the facts and facets of the matter and take a decision in accordance with law.
