Petitioner Monika, who had been working as a Clerk on contract basis in Rajiv Gandhi Government College for Women, Bhiwani, Haryana has been relieved on joining of the incumbent appointed on regular basis. It is contended that post of Clerks are available in the said College and she be adjusted against any of such vacancies; that she had requested the respondents in that regard. Without provoking any response as such she has now knocked the door of this Court by way of filing the present civil writ petition.
