(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that while applying for the post in question, the petitioner had appended the experience certificate, a copy of which has been appended as Annexure P-4, with the present petition. Learned counsel submits that after an objection was taken by the respondents with regard to the wording of the said experience certificate, a clarificatory experience certificate was also given by the petitioner, which has not been taken into consideration by the respondents and though the petitioner has attained the required merit, but he is not being considered eligible. Learned counsel submits that in response to the advertisement, the petitioner had applied under Category No.

24, for the post of 'Apprenticeship Instructor', as well as under Category No. 87, i.e. for the post of 'Mechanic Agriculture Machinery Instructor (Theory)'. Learned counsel submits that while deciding eligibility of candidates and declaring result against the posts advertised under Category No. 24, the petitioner has PRASHANT KAPOOR 2022.07.

CWP-15431-2022 been found ineligible and the petitioner apprehends that even in the case of Category No. 87, his candidature will be rejected on the same ground. Learned counsel submits that once the required experience certificate was given to the authorities concerned, which was duly clarified before declaration of the result, the petitioner is to be treated eligible in all respects. Learned counsel submits that the said grievance has already been raised by the petitioner before the authorities concerned, vide representation dated 28.06.2022, a copy of which has been appended as Annexure P-14 with the present petition, and the petitioner will be satisfied at this stage if a time bound direction is given to respondent No. 3 to decide the same by passing appropriate speaking orders. Notice of motion.

Mr. Harish Nain, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and raises no objection in deciding the representation (Annexure P-14), if received and not already decided, within eight weeks of the receipt of a copy of this order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of the learned State counsel no further grievance of the petitioner survives and the present petition at this stage may be disposed of as having been not pressed.
