(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners restricts the claim of the petitioners for arrears 38 months prior to filing of the present petition and submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to take a decision on the legal notice dated 15.10.2015 (Annexure P-9), issued on behalf of the petitioners A detailed legal notice dated 15.10.2015 (Annexure P-9) has been given in this regard to respondent No. 2 but till date no action has been taken.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the legal notice dated 15.10.2015 (Annexure P-9) of the petitioners by passing a GAURAV ARORA 2016.06.03 16:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
