CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. KANNAN 1.

Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ? No To be referred to the Reporters or not ? No 3.

Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? No -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) CWP Nos.2437 and 1069 of 2014 1.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.3 states that it shall not be competent for them to provide for any relaxation in the students' strength which is already sanctioned to the educational institution. The counsel appearing for the institute says that they are prepared to adjust the petitioners against future vacancies in the next session within the sanctioned strength and there may not be any necessity to obtain any relaxation of the students intake. The counsel appearing on behalf of the students states that he has no objection if their own admission is considered for the next session commencing in 2015-2016. So long as the petitioners' eligibility itself is not in dispute, I direct the institute under affiliation to Desh Bhagat University to adjust the petitioners who are two in number against the future vacancies for the session commencing from 20152016. Both the writ petitions are disposed of as above. CWP No.3135 of 2014 1.

I had directed at the previous hearing that the petitioners in CWP No.3135 of 2014 shall give an affidavit of whether they have

-3undertaken admission in any other institute. No affidavit has been filed.

The writ petition is dismissed.

1.

In the light of what I have already observed through the order issued on 11.09.2014 and the order passed in CWP No.18476 of 2013 dated 13.11.2014, I direct the State Government to delete Desh Bhagat University from any future notification for admission of students under Guru Ravidas University. The counsel appearing on behalf of the Guru Ravi Das University states that the fee which has already been collected from the students will be refunded to the students. The same be done within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of.
