(ORAL) This matter was taken up for hearing on 21.04.2015, on which date there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and in the interest of justice, the matter was adjourned to 29.09.2015. It was again taken up for hearing on 26.10.2016, when it was noted that the petitioner was not present on the last date of hearing neither there was any presentation on behalf of the petitioner on the date fixed and in the interest of justice, the case was adjourned to 13.02.2017 and last opportunity was granted for arguments. The matter has been called twice today and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today as well. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
