**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) This revision has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the impugned order dated 06.11.2017 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judgecum-Children's Court, Karnal by which the application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. moved by the petitioner, was dismissed. In brief the facts are that FIR No. 266 dated 24.03.2017 under Sections 363 & 366-A IPC was registered at Police Station Sadar Karnal by the petitioner herein alleging that his minor daughter aged 13 years had been enticed away by one Raj Kumar in connivance with Dinesh and his wife Ranju. The police investigated the matter and both Dinesh and his wife Ranju were placed in column No.2 and final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. was filed against the main accused Raj Kumar. CRR-4807-2017 -2being the complainant moved an application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. to summon the above named two persons to face trial, which application was dismissed. Aggrieved against the dismissal of the said application, instant revision petition has been filed.

Notice has been issued in this Case.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State, on instructions from SI Krishan Kumar, submits that accused Raj Kumar stands acquitted by order dated 11.09.2018 by Addl. Sessions Judge, Karnal.

In view of the fact that the main accused stands acquitted, no further orders are called for in the instant revision. Dismissed.
