*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) The prayer in the present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of order of cancellation of transfer of respondent No.3 from Block Balachaur to Block Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur vide order dated 06.05.2016.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the transfer order and the only ground, which has been mentioned in the present petition as well as in the arguments raised, is that respondent No.3 is habitual in making false complaints against the petitioner whereas no such complaint has been made. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that no complaint was ever made and respondent No.3 undertakes not to make any complaint in future also.
