(ORAL) Petition herein inter alia is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned transfer order of the petitioner dated 13/14.07.2022 (Annexure P-13), impugned re-employment order dated 13/14.07.2022 of respondent no.3 (Annexure P-14) and impugned joining report of respondent no.3 dated 14.07.2022 (Annexure P-15). Astatus report has been tendered on behalf of respondents no.1 and 2 in the Court, same is taken on record. Copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel opposite.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also handed over an order dated 26.08.2022 passed by Special Secretary to Government of Haryana, Higher Education Department, which is also taken on record and marked as Annexure 'A'.
