Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is willing to buy the premises in dispute and accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to raise the said plea before the Executing Court concerned.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to raise the aforesaid plea before the Executing Court concerned. In case any such plea is raised, the Executing Court shall consider the same in accordance with law. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
