It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody from 27.04.2022 which is almost one year, two months and seven days. He submitted that the petitioner has clean antecedents and is not involved in any other case. He further submitted that even otherwise also in the present case the complainant and the eye witness have already been examined and the trial of the case may take long time and therefore the petitioner may be considered for the DINESH 2023.07.07 17:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
