This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 18.01.2024 passed in CWP-4696-2022 vide which respondents were directed to consider the representation made by the petitioners.

Learned senior counsel for the respondents has pointed out that the order dated 18.01.2024 was duly complied with and the representation has since been considered and rejected vide a speaking order dated 20.06.2025 (Annexure R-1).

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.
