SANDHAWALIA, J.(Oral) By filing the present civil writ petition under Articles226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner seeks the relief of grant of 5 points under the head of Well Performing Teachers which has not been granted despite the fact that for the year 2014-15, 100% students were pass in the board exam. Counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation (Annexure P-6) has also been made to respondent No.2 regarding this aspect and he would be satisfied if the same is decided before the transfer proceedings are finalised.
