The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to direct the official respondents to add the offences under Section 326 and 452 IPC in case FIR No.03 dated 10.01.2024 under Sections 323, 324, 148 and 149 IPC registerted at Police Station Naya Gaon, SAS Nagar (Annexure P-2). 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has already submitted a representation (Annexure P-4) to the Senior Superintendent of Police , SAS Nagar with his prayer and no action has been taken on the said representation submitted by the petitioner. She shall be satisfied that in case the appropriate directions are issued to the official respondents to decide the representation (Annexure P-4) in a time bound manner.

On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that the representation (Annexure P-4) is pending with the Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar and the said representation shall be decided within a period of two weeks from today, after obtaining the necessary medical opinion from the Board of Doctors.

In view of the statement made by the learned State counsel, nothing survives in the present petition and the present petition is accordingly disposed off.
