**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition with a grievance that the petitioner- Company is running a factory which is situated outside the municipal limits. Electricity bill is being wrongly charged, for which number of representations have already been filed by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's prayer at this stage is that legal notices dated 11.04.2022 and 27.06.2022 got issued by the petitioner in respect of compliance of memo no.125 dated 01.02.2021 issued by respondent No.4 be decided within a time bound manner. In view of nature of prayer made, there is no necessity of calling upon any response from the respondents.
