******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) As per the police report, Diksha daughter of Chand Singh has married respondent No. 6-Vicky. She also filed a Civil Writ Petition No. 14992 of 2019 titled as Diksha Kumari and another Versus State of Haryana and others seeking protection of her life and liberty. Vide order dated 29.05.2019, she was directed to approach the local police. During enquiry, she got recorded her statement that she left her parents' house of her own free and sweet will and married Vicky. FIR No. 141 dated 27.05.2019 under Section 365 IPC registered at police station Salhawas for alleged kidnapping of Diksha Kumari was cancelled. It has also been reported that Diksha Kumari and her husband remained in safe house, Bhadurgarh upto 03.06.2019 and thereafter allowed to go. Keeping in view the above report and order dated 29.05.2019 passed in CWP No. 14992 of 2019, I find no reason to proceed with this petition. The same is dismissed.
