In the present petition, the grievance being raised by the petitioner is that the petitioner has not been treated eligible for the post in question advertised vide advertisement N0. 14/2019, dated 02.02.2022, which action on the part of the respondents is arbitrary and illegal. 2.

While issuing notice of motion, the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court directed that the administrative order be passed giving reasons with regard to the ineligibility of the petitioner by taking into the consideration the contention of the petitioner raised in the representation filed by him. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the representation of the petitioner has already been decided by the competent authority on 24.09.2022 and the copy of the decision of the competent authority on the representation of the petitioner has already been sent to the petitioner, but the petitioner has not challenged the said decision of the competent authority meaning thereby, the petitioner had already accepted the said stand of the respondent in the order dated 24.09.2022. 4.

question, has not been challenged by the petitioner so far, prima facie the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present remedy as there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
