This is the second petition for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in Report under Section 173 dated 11.09.2020 (Annexure P-1) of FIR No.191 dated 11.07.2019 registered under Sections 354-B, 451, 376 read with Section 511 and 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Kalayat, Kathal.

Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to approach the trial Court by filing a fresh petition in view of the change in circumstances.
