CRM-37312 of 2024 The present application has been filed seeking withdrawal of the main case as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Given above, the present application is allowed. Main Case Seeking quashing of complaint No.71 of 2017 under section 500 IPC and summoning order dated 10.09.2018 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mansa and also order dated 07.06.2021 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mansa whereby revision petition of the petitioner was dismissed, the petitioner has come up before this Court under section 482 Cr.P.C.. 2.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the matter has been compromised between the parties. 3.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn. All pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
