**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Counsel for the appellants states that he had written to the appellants but he has not got any response. Counsel further submits that the appellants had informed in the year 2012 that the file had been taken for filing the SLP and they do not have the instructions. Since there was no presence on 12.7.2016 notice was ordered to be issued to the appellants. The successive notices have returned with the report that the appellants do not reside at the given address. Counsel for the appellants states that he has no other address nor he has the instructions.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
