This writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the final result dated 03.09.2020, announced by respondent No.2Haryana Staff Selection Commission, with respect to a competitive examination held for direct recruitment of 4858 posts of Clerks (Group "C") in various Departments/Boards/Corporations in the State of Haryana. The writ petitioners claim that their names have been wrongly omitted from the list of the selected candidates.

Civil Writ Petition No. 15223 of 2020 be decided without examining the record, therefore, respondent No.2 be kindly permitted to decide their representation dated 13.09.2020 (Annexure P12).
Mr. Verma has no objection to the proposal made by Mr. Sagar. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition is disposed of with the directions to respondent No.2, through its Secretary, to decide the representation dated 13.09.2020 (Annexure P12) by passing a speaking order within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioners through video conferencing.
