RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for quashing of impugned order dated 13.05.2015, Annexure P-8, whereby the revision petition filed by the petitioner against the impugned order dated 08.07.2014, Annexure P-5, directing respondent No.6 to recover the amount of Rs.4,73,560/- and consequently recovery notice, dated 23.09.2014, Annexure P-6, issued in pursuance of the same by respondent No.6, has illegally and erroneously been dismissed. It is further prayed to stay the operation of the impugned orders, Annexures P-8, P-5 and P-6 during pendency of the present petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is no more and thus, the present petition is rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.

In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the MEENU 2023.12.20 18:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
